Returns & Refunds

-Unused, non personalized items may be returned for a full   refund within 10 days of receipt. All returns must be in their   original condition and their original packaging. 

-Returns are not accepted on any custom made, personalized   or sale items.

-Gift cards are not refundable. 

-The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

-I recommend tracking your shipping, as I cannot be   responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

-Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you   if refund is approved. Once the refund is processed, a credit   will be applied to your credit card or the original method of   payment. Depending on your bank, it may take some time   before your refund is officially posted.
