Care Info
All of my products are made of high quality leather. I use full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather for the majority of my designs. This type of leather is not sanded or corrected or weakened in any way, which means that all the original characteristics of the leather remain intact. Leather is a natural byproduct created from the skins of animals and there for will exhibit markings like scars, fat wrinkles and other defects. These are all signs that you are purchasing genuine leather.
Tuscan vegetable-tanned leather is made with only natural tannings and dyes. It is the oldest method for tanning leather. This warm, brilliant leather ages beautifully, acquiring a rich, unique patina over time.
If stains occur, they should be gently removed with damp cloth and clean water.
Water or moisture should be removed as soon as possible.
Dry wet leather naturally, away from artificial heat and keep the items in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Tattooed Leather
Care
Please bear in mind that this is a Real Tattoo on leather, not a printed or engraved pattern.
Leather do not heal like living skin, tattoo ink is not sealed within leather in the same way it is sealed in living skin. This means that sometimes mild smudges from excess ink , due to contact with water or sweat, may occur on the leather. To remove the excess ink, gently rub with clean, dry cloth.
Tattooed leather if worn with bright clothes, due to constant contact and friction, can leave ink traces and stains. This can happen especially at the beginning of your relationship with the bag.
If the product of your choice has a tattoo on the part that comes in contact with your clothes, avoid wearing it with white or bright items of your wardrobe.
If you wish to wear your tattooed bag with bright attire, I recommend that you chose the option of the design being tattooed on the front part of the bag only.
